Vintage Charm Bowls + Giveaway

Today at STYLEanthropy, I’m sharing with you the latest brand, Vintage Charm, from World Kitchen LLC – the family of brands that brought us Pyrex, Corelle and Corningware among others. Sounds like your favorite kitchen brands, right? And I’m pretty sure you’ll be loving Vintage Charm too. Just take a look at that!

If your Mom or GrandMa loves to cook or entertain, and loves Pyrex, then you’ve probably seen at least one vintage Pyrex opal glass dish from her kitchen when you were a kid. My mom had that white and green Pyrex opal dish set, I think it was the Daisy pattern, and she used them endlessly. I forgot to ask her, but she probably still has them.

When I visited an antique store in Texas awhile back, I remember seeing the same pattern in some vintage Pyrex opal dishes. I thought about getting them because it brought out memories of my childhood. But I’m so glad that World Kitchen LLC decided to bring back that Vintage Charm in a modern way for the new generation. And so, the Vintage Charm brand was born!

P.S. if you’re curious about the pineapple chocolate, read about it in this DIY post. Anyway, aren’t these bowls so pretty? They truly have that Vintage Charm but the colors and prints can match a variety of kitchen styles and themes.

The black and white, even with the bird print, will add quirkiness to a modern style kitchen. This print is the Birds of a Feather, inspired by the Friendship pattern from 1972.

The blue, which is almost like a robin’s egg blue or a light turquoise, is called the Rise ‘n Shine print. Inspired by Butterprint, one of the most popular vintage Pyrex opal patterns of all time, this set of bowls pays tribute to the heydays of the 1950’s.

There are other colors, designs and patterns with some spots, stripes, butterflies and flowers. So you’ll definitely find something that will appeal to your style and match your kitchen.

These bowls are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. They come in open stock, 3-pc sets and 6-pc sets (with lids), and are available at World Kitchen LLC’s website, as well as at Corelle, Corningware and other retail stores.
